Most Malayalam actresses go a round in South Indian film industries before they fades. The same is the case with Tamil and Telugu industry.
Sonia Agarwal armed with innocence was the dream girl some years back due to her presence in Selvaraghavan flicks Kadhal Kondein and 7G Rainbow Colony. While working in these films they fell in love. In 2006 they married.
Marriages, separation and re entry are not news in filmdom. When the relationship gone sour, the couple separated. Sonia returned to acting through a television serial Naanal produced by Kushboo for Kalaignar TV. Now the actress got opportunity for re-entry into big screen. She will play the female lead opposite Suresh Gopi in an action flick directed by T.S Sureshbabu.
Suresh Gopi, as usual, plays a trigger happy investigative cop Mohan Shankar. MS is hated by the politicians and businessmen. He comes to rescue Chief Minister played by Jagathy Sreekumar.
The cinematographer is U.K Senthilkumar who did Padayappa and Annamalai with the superstar. Written by crime specialist Dennis Joseph, Kanyakumari Express, is claimed to have no dull moment. Sharath composes the music.
Many actors from Tamil and Telugu would act in this flick which also feature artistes like Innocent, Babu Antony, Harisri Asokan, Suraj Venjaranmoodu, Bheeman Reghu and Gowri Nanda.
G S Murli produces Kanyakumari Express under the banner of Pyramid Films International. The shooting of film is expected to start in the final week of February. Zonkerala wishes Sonia Agarwal a long lasting success in Malayalam.
